These terms and conditions outline the rules for participation in the FM WORLD USA Product Tester Program. By taking part in this program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The FM WORLD USA Product Tester Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in USA. To be eligible to apply for product testing, you must have been an FM Business Partner for at least 3 months prior to your application.

2. Product testing periods: As part of the tester product program, individual products will be chosen for testing during specific periods. Business partners are not restricted to participating in only one testing period; they can also enter future product testing opportunities.

3. Purchase Necessary at discounted price: You will need to purchase the item but at a discounted price. You will be sent a promocode if approved by email.

4. How to Enter:

• To participate, FM Business Partner will need to visit FM’s website: https://shop-us.fmworld.com/Account/Login?returnUrl=/
• Visit the "Become a Tester" tab
• Complete the product testing form for any products listed as "Open for applications."

 5. Selection Process: Up to 15 testers will be randomly selected for each product available for testing. Availability and closing dates for each product will be specified on the "Become a Tester" section.

6. Notification: If you are selected as a product tester, you will be notified via email.

7. Review Requirement: Selected product testers must send a review within 10 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the opportunity to participate in future tester programs.

8. Review Guidelines: FM will provide specific review guidelines or formats for different products, including minimum word requirements. This may include written reviews, video recordings, or both.

9. Non-Response: If a selected product tester fails to provide a review within the 10-day deadline, they may be excluded from participating in future tester programs.

10. Health and Allergies:

• FM does not take responsibility for allergies, misuse of products, or adverse effects.
• If you have allergies or are taking medications, consult your GP, especially when testing supplements.
• All products must be used according to the directions on the packaging.

11.Allergies Disclosure: During the application process, applicants must indicate any allergies they may have.

12. Exclusive Access: Successful testers will have exclusive access to test the latest products before they are released to the market.
